One. Engineering background

Injection molding waste gas contains a lot of harmful components, such as acrylonitrile, non-methane total hydrocarbons, vinyl chloride, etc., if not timely and effective. Disposal will pose a great threat to the health of the workshop staff and cause damage to the environment. Effects of long-term or repeated exposure: Liquids degrease the skin. Plus in the confined space, inhale an unpleasant smell. When the concentration reaches 1000 ppm, the eyes, nose and throat will be irritated before it has an effect on the central nervous system.   A large number of total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) are continuously produced, etc., and in the long-term environment, it will bring great harm to the individual's physical health and the natural environment, and at the same time reduce work efficiency.
 
  The waste gas treatment workflow of the injection workshop is roughly divided into three major processes: exhaust gas collection -> purification treatment -> 15m high-altitude emissions.

  For the injection molding exhaust gas, special high-energy high-ozone UV ultraviolet light beam is used to irradiate the malodorous gas, and the molecular chain structure of the malodorous gas such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S and VOC is cracked. Engineering orientation:
  At the top of the original 9 injection molding machines, pipes are installed at each side, and the odor purification tanks are connected to the exhaust fan, and then discharged into the air through the 15-meter pipeline chimney.
  The addition of EDDAAIR plasma air purification system and ultraviolet (UVC) ensures effective removal of TVOC to meet the national emission standards for purified air.
Third, what is air ion?
  Ions are the charges contained in molecules or atoms. These ions exist in nature.
